Sonic Mania Plus: Updated Super Sonic Sprite fix (Download Link in description.)
This mod is only for the Steam version of Sonic Mania Plus.
https://gamebanana.com/skins/165268 - this mod only contains the sprites meant to replace the recolored Sonic sprites.
Adds extra Super Sonic sprite animations for "Spiral Run", "Twist Run", "Breathe", "Hurt", "Flume", and "Victory". Seeing as how those are still base Sonic recolored. While Super Sonic can't get hurt by normal means, there is a call for the hurt sprite in Titanic Monarch Zone when you have Super Sonic hitch a ride on the EggRobo cart transporter. The Victory Animation for Super Sonic can only be triggered in Debug Mode of the game.
The sprites have been placed in their own unique texture file, "Sonic5.gif" and the "SuperSonic.bin" that's part of this mod reads those sprites.
