Alien Isolation - Escaping the map!
By modding the AI of the Working Joes so that they kept walking into me, I was able to get them to push me through the back of the elevator in Seegson Communications.
Initially, doing this killed me from fall damage (it's interesting that there is even fall damage in the game and a death animation too) but with a bit of modding of the max player health and regen rate I was able to make myself survive the fall and walk around on top of the map for a while.
