Dishonored- Part 7 (Sokolov Captured)
While Sokolov might totally be a reference to MGS3 on account of his status as a scientist and his capture and his being held by an enemy force, Sokolov is one of the top ten most common last names in Russia. So it might just just be that he's named Sokolov because nearly everyone in his part of the world knows someone named Sokolov, assuming he originates from Fantasy Russia in the same way Dunwall is Fantasy London.
