Huawei and Google - The Unexpected Turn in Tech

So, I was not expecting this to happen but it is what it is, Huawei the Chinese tech giant just surpassed google in terms of selling smartphone chipsets globally. Yes, A new recent report is showing that Huawei’s HiSilicon shipped 8 million Kirin SoCs globally in the first quarter of this year, moving gradually towards new success. Inputs also reveal that the Chinese government is fully supporting tech giants like Huawei and instructing other native firms to buy China-made chipsets rather than relying on foreign industries, which is ultimately raising problems for companies like Nvidia, Qualcomm and Apple, and due to this Huawei’s HiSilicon is reportedly gaining huge success and even surpassed Google in terms of sales and revenue, because According to the Canalys data, the company shipped 8 million Kirin units in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, generating $6 billion in revenue.
