As we celebrate Mother’s Day at Unity this year, we give thanks for the ways our moms noticed our needs and attended to them. The noticing is the key to our second mantra in our series: “pay attention.” Life is always giving us information. Are we paying attention? Paula D’Arcy says, “God comes to us disguised as our own lives.” The blessing of paying attention is that we become open to wisdom and guidance that is already here—within us, and all around us.
