Honey Select Party: Rei Ayanami (Evangelion)
Honestly, there's so many variations of Rei, even in the official media, that you can just pick one randomly. In the end it's all up to your personal taste.
One peculiar thing I noticed is that most official eva art has her eyes really far apart. Basically only the fanart has her eyes closer and more normal. Tried to do the same without making her look like a frog.
