overwatch 2 mouse skipping issue *fixed* read description.
it was the power saving options in the bios + the new windows 11 updates. i disabled ALL of them (might be one or two needed but i did it for all) and nowmy cpu stays at the same speed all the time.
I tried EVERYTHING off cam and nothing works it's like every few frames the game just skips tracking for a sec and it's driving me crazy ... I turned off OW2 and went to CS: GO and non of that was there! heck even in OW1 it was perfect ...
PS: i kept my mic ON so u can hear my mouse dragging on the mouse pad just for reference.
Processor : 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM: 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)
Graphics card: GTX 1070 (( FPS are always above 200 ! 200~300)) driver version is 517.48
Windows 11 : 22H2 OS build : 22621.608
PING: around 50ms and the return ping (( or whatever its called )) is 20ms (( euro region selected but really its ME servers ))
all CPU/GPU power settings were set to max from windows to Nvidia panel even afterburner.
