Dough:
120 ml sugar-free yogurt
1 egg (small or yolk)
100g butter
260g flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Filling:
50g raisins
50g chocolate
60g sugar
40g nuts
15g poppy seeds
1 protein
Bake in a well heated oven at 180°C for ~15-20 minutes. Baking time depends on the peculiarities of your oven.
*❗️йогурт can easily be replaced by kefir, then the flour needs 270-280g or sour cream, then the flour 250g.
