Under-cooled water - Science experiment
http://www.fizik.si In all study books we can find data that under normal conditions water freezes at temperature 0°C. This experiment shows us how the water can be under-cooled. We achieve that at less than -4°C the water is still in liquid aggregation. Yet a tiny change causes the phase change. The change sets the energy as we see as a change of the temperature. The temperature of the ice is higher than the temperature of the water.
