Ingredients:

750g flour
12g Salt
60g sugar
60ml sunflower oil
480ml luke warm water
sesame seeds (80-100grams)
75g Semolina
19g dried yeast
24 whole unblanched almonds

you will also need stretch and seal, some olive oil for drizzling and a cup of boiling water (half and half a cup to put in oven while baking)

Directions for mixer method:
Add luke warm water to yeast and mix together.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Put all ingredients in your mixer.
Knead together on dough attachment for 10 minutes.
Grease a bowl with olive oil.
Form the dough into a ball and put in the lightlly greased bowl.
Drizzle some olive oil for hydration and cover with stretch and seal for one to two hours until doubled in size.
Split the dough in half.
Put into two bowls greased with olive oil, drizzle some olive oil for hydration and cover with stretch and seal for one hour.
Open the dough on your worktop as thinly as possible in a rectangular shape.
Roll the dough from one side to the other.
Spread sesame seeds on your countertop. (Do not add flour as your sesame seeds will not stick)
Roll the dough by hand onto the sesame seed to incorporate them and keep kneading the dough so it keeps it's cylindric shape and does not open.
Connect the ends of the dough to form a ring.
Add almonds and score the dough in between.
Preheat the over to 200 degrees C for golden crust/ 230 degrees C for darker crust.
Allow it to rest for another 30 minutes to an hour until it puffs up a bit more.
Add to the oven. On the bottom tray add half a cup of boiling water to create steam.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Enjoy with some butter or whatever you want xD
