From a scientific point of view, this is explained by the parallax effect, optical illusion, etc. .. Parallax (Greek παραλλάξ, from παραλλαγή, “change, alternation”) is a change in the visible position of the object relative to the distant background depending on the position of the observer. Parallax supporters explain this : the plane flies at normal speed and it’s just an optical illusion (illusion). The angular speeds of the plane and the car moving towards it relative to the tree or pillar you are looking at are the same. And so it seems that the plane is not moving relative to the tree. If you remove all the landmarks (trees, road, car body) from your field of vision and focus on the flying liner, you may notice that it is still moving.
Adherents of the theory of the Matrix explain this: if our world is digital, then there must inevitably come a moment or a period when technical capabilities cease to keep up with digital requests. In other words, when the iron of a mega-computer ceases to have time to draw our reality with the same detail, as before. It is because of this that objects will appear in which the computer did not have time to draw all the details in time. And we can fix these objects on the camcorder, receiving an excellent explanation of the aircraft hovering in the air. If the computer of our reality spends its computing power on other calculations that are among the priorities above, then the solution of lower priority tasks is suspended until the computing power is released. Then we and see how the plane does not fly. His task is not solved, and he remains in the state in which he suspended in the computer of our reality. If this is so, then in this period, that is, in the period of suspension, neither the plane nor the people in it, as it were, live. Although, after the release of computing power, the computer may well bring the clock in accordance with the moment.
