Our physical form is simply an expression of our mentality multiplied across time.

We experience a tremendous amount of growth when we willingly face struggles head-on.

Socrates was sentenced to death for "corrupting" the youth of Athens. He believed that it was important to question authority, and asserted that "No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

The powers that control our modern society are evil, and they don't want strong, self-sufficient men, emotionally stable men who are capable of critical thinking. The demonic forces which tyrannize our existence on this earth desire one thing, mindless consumption. These devils have corrupted our food, medicine, and through their monopoly on media have demoralized our youth by disrupting the nuclear family.

"The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion." - Albert Camus

I am seen as extreme for my desire to live in the countryside with my wife, children, animals, and garden. My refusal to consume the "news" and synthetic garbage manufactured and marketed as "food" is seen as radical. Being stuck in concrete jungles has done irreversible damage to our people because they end up losing their connection with Mother Nature. Being surrounded by love is ultimately what leads to a fulfilling life, and our societies have been setup in a way which is conducive to hate. People say things online that they would never say in person for fear of judgement, but fail to realize that they will be judged by our Creator for their works.

Adopting responsibility for your life is ultimately what will bring about the quality of life you truly desire. We are meant to thrive in an intimate relationship with God and Nature. It is in man's nature to be strong, self-sufficient men, & emotionally stable. This is where physical training has such a significant impact on your skillset as a man. Seneca once said "The body should be treated more rigorously, that it may not be disobedient to the mind.” You will develop a phenomenal physique in the pursuit of strengthening your mind against the stresses of life.
