I would like to point out the problematic elements in Ensors work. I have censored some of the egregious racial stereotypes in this image. While Ensor is my favorite impressionist I acknowledge the awful depictions of Jewish and black people in his works. My aim for this drawing is to recreate his work in my own style for the fun of it and disregard malicious intents with his work.
