Design a Rate Limiter (High Level Design + Low Level Design)
In this video, I have tried my best to explain what a rate limiter is, along with HLD and LLD of it. A rate limiter is a defensive mechanism used in a distributed system to prevent the frequency of an operation from exceeding a defined limit and causing server errors.
