300g of Full Fat Cream Cheese (Philadelphia) You May use any cream cheese you want must be FULL FAT!
300g of Digestive biscuits
125g Unsalted butter
200g of white chocolate
100g of Mint Aero chocolate
1 Tspn of Peppermint extract
1 tbsp of icing sugar
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
284ml double cream
Packet of mint aero balls (optional)
I used an 8” loose cake tin about 8-10 servings
