Today I suggest making a delicious honey pie.
And if you cut this pie and layer it with cream, you'll get a wonderful cake.
The recipe is quite simple.
Very easy to make.
Recipe:
3 eggs (selected)
100 g sugar
Whip with a mixer for about 2 minutes
Add liquid honey - 140 g
100 ml kefir or sour cream
0.5 tsp baking soda
200 g flour (wheat)
You can mix everything with a mixer.
Pour the batter into the pan.
I sometimes add orange or lemon zest.
You can also add candied fruit or berries.
Today I added chocolate drops.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius.
30-35 minutes and the pie is ready.
