In the event of a resurgence in the global submarine threat, Norway built fixed undersea surveillance systems. The Royal Australian Navy could build similar infrastructure and collaborate with Japan, South Korea and the NATO Maritime Centre for Security of Critical Undersea Infrastructure to monitor the maritime domain near shore and offshore. This early warning system will assist Australia in defending the territorial waters from intrusion by Chinese maritime militia. #AUSTRALIA #AUSNAVY #SUBMARINECABLE #SOSUS #UNDERSEA
