I do not think we are constantly being observed by governments through cameras or microphones, but I do think it is important to be aware of some of the things companies collect on us, and the data the government collects on us through companies.

Warning System
Also a hard one to prove, but I personally haven't had a single friend tell me they've gotten a warning on their account, and I doubt you've had one either. The only warnings I've ever seen are the server and bot warnings.
