Forgotten Watercolors. Exhibition by Elena Tyurina
Personal virtual exhibition of watercolors by Elena Tyurina to the sounds of nature.
The exhibition presents archival watercolors brought from her hometown. The watercolors were painted en plein air between 2000 and 2004 on Green Island, 25 km from Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan.
One of the sketches of the Goritsky Resurrection Orthodox Convent in the village of Goritsy, Kirillovsky District, Vologda Oblast, Russia, on the green mooring of the ship during Elena's trip from Kazan to St. Petersburg and back.
There is one sketch of rudbeckia flowers, these are the days of the first flowers in Elena's work, when she was not yet strong in depicting flowers.
