A local politician was soliciting potential swing voters by leaving a voice mail on my landline........I thought the message seemed so insincere and out of touch I decided to write a song around it....and merging Charles Manson's maniacal laugh into it since it sums up how politicians view the people they represent after they won their vote. I included Marshall...the lovely Heaven's Gate cult leader to convinced his followers to eat some pudding with a high dose of phenobarbital and wait for Hail Bopp to take them out of their temporary body containers.
