Preparing Ohlala Water:
Wash the organic lemon and cut it into thin slices (this allows the essential oils to be better extracted from the mesocarb). Then place it in a pitcher of water and let it steep for a few hours.

When peeling these delicious citrus fruits, the white pith or white rind can be annoying—please don't throw it away, eat it! The white part should definitely be eaten, as it's the best part of the whole fruit. It contains valuable vitamins, antioxidants, essential oils, and a natural fat burner. Even though it may seem less appetizing than the pulp, the white pith contains just as many vitamins. It also contains valuable flavonoids. These are secondary plant compounds that, according to scientific studies, have positive effects on the human body. They strengthen the body's defenses, help prevent cardiovascular disease, and, as antioxidants, can slow down cell aging. The essential oils they contain also help break down fat. Above all, however, the white pith consists of indigestible fiber. This fiber stays in our digestive system longer and delays the feeling of hunger. It's an ideal tip for shedding pounds.
