The Runner/s are WRONG
This footage shows a vehicle traveling along a country lane at reduced speed of 15MPH in a 30MPH Zone.
Its obvious that 30MPH around these bends are not manageable.
At 15MPH even tight bends/corners have their hazards.
The driver was not expecting on a tight bend leading into a National 60MPH Zone to suddenly find themselves upon a couple of runners.
The driver had limited time to respond but was able to, if however, the driver was in senior years, distracted, froze (panicked) potentially this could of been very serious. The drive may of swerved to avoid the runner/s and collided with the vehicle tail end or into the direction of others...
Should the runner/s have crossed over the road prior to the blind bend or stayed on course continuing as they were?
Crossing over would have left the oncoming traffic lane free from hazard and left the runner/s in more clear view. Drivers in the opposite direction would in turn slow into the bend and follow the runner/s through the bend together (unable to safely overtake on the corner)
