Is growing food worth it? 🤷♀️
Gardening, self sufficiency, independence…all these things are very popular in my world. And I love a lot of it. I WANT to grow my own food and grind my own flour and bake my own bread.
But at what point does it start to compromise my relationships? When does the stress of watching all my plants die over and over again become not worth it? If I spend my whole evening researching how to keep seedlings from rotting and then I forget to give water to the quail…at some point I might have to pick something.
So I don’t know. And I keep watering these baby plants that keep dying, and maybe I’ll figure it out. Or maybe I’ll let it go and move on to other things.
