Note, this facility is staffed so you need to be sneaky beaky but for the most part its not too bad when looting, staff are easy to avoid. :)
I would recommend bringing an SRV to park in the middle of the settlement as you will fill up on mats a few times, of course a maverick suit is needed to gather goods and not just assets.
