How to avoid the clutter trap: the one mistake to watch out for
This is a common mistake that leads to clutter! When doing projects around the house, make sure to factor in time for cleanup at the end of the project. I know first hand how it goes - you spend the day or even a weekend on a painting project like I did - the last think you want to do it cleanup! But what happens is the supplies left behind become clutter and that clutter calls other clutter....before you know it you have a big mess on your hands. So factor in cleanup time for your project and you will thank yourself for it!
