A.P & Sara Carter - Resting Place
A.P & Sara Carter are laid to rest in the quiet peaceful cemetery nestled among the tall pines on a lonesome hill at the Mount Vernon Methodist Church in Maces Spring, Virginia, United States, this was their home, the church itself was dedicated in Spring 1907 and A.P and his father Bob even helped to build it, Mollie his mother's uncle R.G. Bays donated land for a new church building and a cemetery behind.
