GTA V - Sultan RS How to obtain + Some VERY extreme driving
You will need a regular sultan for this and you will need the upgrades I have shown in the video, wheels, hood, spoiler, colour and tire options are all up to you, once the rest you have on it will then have the infamous 'RS' badge on the back along with the traditional 'SULTAN RS' colour scheme.
