As you know if you view my stories, my morning walk is my favourite morning ritual when I’m working from home!
I’m very fortunate to live in the southern foothills of Adelaide, where we have a local pine forest, and lovely paths and walks.
I love putting on a good podcast (shoutout to the Let's Read podcast!), and then sitting on a bench meditating for 5 minutes.
