We debated for a long time whether to release this video series.
But we came to the conclusion that silence is also a form of participation. We believe it's important to inform every person affected by the war about the chaos that has been unfolding in the army for decades. But no one saw it. Now everyone sees the individual consequences of what people overlooked for decades. This isn't mentioned in the press. Even those who served their conscript service either don't pay attention or don't talk about it, to say nothing of contract soldiers and officers.
To talk about the Russian army today is to go against its very essence: a system where lying is considered the norm and truth is considered treason.
Therefore, we are launching the "MINISTRY OF ATTACK" series. The series will be about the Russian army, and this video will specifically focus on the photo report system. How window dressing, false reports, and the façade of a "second army in the world" gradually led to the catastrophe that became the war against Ukraine.
This is not an exposé or an inside story. This is a conversation about the mechanism of self-destruction and how the culture of photo reports, replacing reality with pretty pictures, destroyed the army's very ability to see the truth.
About how the vertical of lies became the vertical of death.
