Melbourne Airport World Environment Day - 5 June 2020
Earlier this month we celebrated World Environment Day by planting 1,200 trees and shrubs along Moonee Ponds Creek. Home to the endangered growling grass frog, remnant river red gums and basalt geology, these plants will help improve habitat and water quality, reduce erosion and encourage biodiversity – this year’s World Environment Day theme.
