AIESEC Future Leaders 2021 Winter Peak | Recap
AIESEC Future Leaders is a program that provides youth development in the form of a community for them to take further develop leadership roles in their society. AFL is a 3-month program that consist of sessions for skill development spaces where participants can get coaching for soft & hard skills.
We conducted AFL in 2021, with more than 1000 youths developed, here's a recap of our exciting and meaningful journey!
