LabView Tri Color LED Shift Light for Miata
Bench testing my shift light LED array powered by LabView and a myRIO. The simulated Tachometer triggers 3 stages of LED events based on the RPM. The warning light will be a trigger from things like coolant temp, oil temp, oil pressure, etc being outside a certain range. The warning light overides the shift light functionality if a warning exists.
The outputs are PWM to set the brightness of any stage and to dim the lights for night driving. The second half of the video shows all color options that the tri color LED can output.
