Apple’s new Journal app is available now on your iPhone if you update to iOS 17.2.

It lets you write journal entries, but the more important reason you should check it out is that it will suggest things for you to journal about, such as places you’ve been, workouts you’ve done, podcasts you’ve listened to, and more.

I’ve been journaling daily for quite a while now. It helps me reflect on my life so I can live more intentionally, be more compassionate towards myself and others, and have more gratitude.
