Sandbox 101: End to End Payments with Web Payments SDK
Learn how to use Web Payments SDK with the Payments API, so you can take payments with Square on your website. This is a two-step process:
1. Add Web Payments SDK to your web client and set it up to generate a single-use token.
2. Use the Payments API to create a payment using the single-use token you got from Web Payments SDK.
We walk you through the Web Payments Quickstart application to show how you can get the Web Payments SDK to work with a backend to take a payment. We also demonstrate how to support multiple payment types using the same exact backend. Web Payments SDK can support credit or debit card, ACH, gift cards, and digital wallets (google pay & apple pay).
