Why is there so often a gap between the choices we intend to make, and the actions we actually take – especially where our health is concerned? Many of us lament our lack of willpower, but the truth is our brains and our environments weren't designed for it. We can't change the design of our brains (yet), but we can take inspiration from behavioral economics to design our choice environments in ways that reduce the need for willpower and make healthy choices easier. Zoë Chance will share examples from research and practice to stimulate your own creative design thinking.
