Build for completing any PVE mission fast. Fastest healing gear in game combined with highest Damage Per Second weapon in game. Run around melting mobs and having fun.
Only build that tops toughness is D3, but it does no damage and is slow. Only build that tops damage is Sentry's Call, but it is super squishy and needs team to work fast.
