This video is about a customer story – specifically, an Audi A6 4G that failed its emissions test and therefore its vehicle inspection (TÜV) due to a supposedly defective diesel particulate filter.
And about an Audi dealership that charged €220 for troubleshooting and made a completely wrong diagnosis. But that's not all – the mechanic made a serious mistake, causing €3,500 in damage to my customer's car.
