Women's representation in computer science occupations actually declined from 30% to 25% in Canada, between 1991 and 2011.
And in 2021, those numbers don't look much different than they did at the beginning of the '90s.
Which means... there's a LOT of work to do.
Thankfully, at CoLab, we have a bunch of incredible women helping lead the way to a better future.
