Hello and I finally have another AtWar video. It was almost like Amok's Map editor part 2 but I finally put out a video explaining the basics of turnblocking.

How Moves Work:
A single move is
moving from a to b
moving a stack from a to b to c ,etc
-unloading transports

Turnblocking Formula:

Chance to turnblock depends on your troop stack counts and your enemies stack count
Chance % = your units count / opponent units count (on equal priority of course)
works up to max of 50%

A higher priority increases your chance to turnblock by atleast 25%.

Once a turnblock fails there is two possible scenarios:
1) If the unit you attempted to turnblock with has enough range to reach the target of your enemy's stack,
that unit will fight your enemy's stack at that target.
2) If the unit you attempted to turnblock with can't reach the target the unit will stay where it originally attempted to
intercept. (The place you moved it to attack).
