Volvo introduces its own BMW X7
Hello friends. Volvo has unveiled a planned update for the XC90. This is the second facelift and the company's attempt to extend the model's lifespan without releasing a new body.
Amid the rapid transition to electric vehicles, Volvo remains committed to traditional gasoline-powered cars, continuing to produce one of its most popular models, the XC90. Although the all-electric EX90 will soon become the lineup's flagship, displacing the somewhat battered XC90, which will continue to exist, receiving an update designed to maintain its competitiveness in the market.
Let's take a look at what Volvo has to offer.
The XC90's exterior changes primarily affect the front end. The SUV features a refreshed grille, complemented by slightly redesigned headlights with a new LED daytime running light design. The front bumper has also been modified, featuring vertical air intakes and a more pronounced lower air intake. The rear of the car has undergone less noticeable changes: the familiar shape of the taillights remains, but their lighting pattern has been updated, maintaining continuity.
The hot and spirited Cupra, originally from Spain, continues to expand its model range with the all-new midsize Terramar, and if I say it's a Tiguan in a different guise, I wouldn't be lying.
The Terramar looks more aggressive than the Tiguan as it's designed according to templates and follows the precepts of the Spanish automaker's new corporate design language, following the example of the recently updated Leon and Formentor.
The car's exterior features a sculpted bodywork that is unique to Cupra, despite the fact that the glass appears to be shared with the technically similar VW Tiguan. Particularly noteworthy are the aggressive headlights, framing a pointed nose with large air intakes in the bumper. Full-width LED taillights are connected by an illuminated logo in the center, and the rear bumper is adorned with a false diffuser. Depending on the trim level, the Terramar is equipped with 18-, 19- or 20-inch alloy wheels, and overall it will be difficult to distinguish it from other crossover siblings of the brand; only the shape of the rear will give it away.
