Baking: How to Make Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
In this lesson Gaby teaches us how to make the perfect gooey chocolate chip cookie.
Ingredients:
1 Cup (225g/2 sticks) Unsalted Butter room temp
1.5 cups (330 g) of packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2.5 cups (315g) of all purpose flour
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup (175 g) semisweet chocolate disks
