Derealisation and depersonalisation is a condition that I went through during my existential crisis which got triggered by an intense psychedelic trip. It was a hellish experience that took a long time to overcome, but now I can confidently say that I haven't experienced DP/DR in over 2 and half years. In fact I go through life with the opposite problem - which is being a bit too connected and attached to my "self" and the world around me lol. It's not really problem, more of a blessing, but my point of saying this is to prove that it is very possible to 100% cure DP/DR. Life is freaking beautiful!
