The SLOWEST Survivors CANT LOOP Clown in DBD
I made survivors the slowest possible movement speed using the clown in dbd. This hindered build uses some of clowns best add ons and the perk forced hesitation. This is easily one of the most fun clown builds in my opinion. It's also one of the best anti loop builds for killer if used correctly. It can make looping impossible for survivors in dbd.
