Here I had problem and Update Manager didn't give me an option to upgrade.
If you have the same problem... follow the video to upgrade it manual.

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
restart your computer
-Edit your repositories list file:
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/official-packages-repositories.list
Replace all 'tricia' to 'ulyana'
Replace all 'bionic' to 'focal'
save file
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
