Hello everyone and welcome back to our channel today we will be preparing a strawberry ice cream at home easier than you think a recipe without an ice cream machine, Need to cool off on a hot summer day lets get to the steps
first caramelize strawberries once caramelized lift from heat and let cool, then start preparing your custard use powdered custard strawberry flavoured and add milk, sugar and start mixing on medium heat continue until the custard is moderately thickened once is all done pour into a bowl, cover and let cool in the fridge for about an hour then move to the following steps
pour the custard into a mixing bowl then add cream, sugar and vanilla and start your mixer once the ice cream reach a creamy and smooth consistency you have an ice cream the next step is to put the ice cream in a food container and keep in the freezer for about 12 hours
after the 12 hours take from the freezer and repeat the mixing step when finished add some of the caramelized strawberry yo enhance the flavour then put in the freezer and enjoy the best homemade strawberry ice cream the next day, and to cool off on a hot summer day.
