Nicknamed 'You've Got a C Minor in Me,' this song is You've Got a Friend in Me, in, well, C Minor! It sets the tone for this difficult (but not as difficult as the first game in the series) final boss against Woody. C Minor really does work, doesn't it?
The second phase sets the tone of that fight. Since the evil ghost who possesses Woody was the one behind everything, there's music from the previous final boss, music from AWHOLENEWWORLD.EXE's final boss, and even a bit of Hill Act 1, referencing his next move. It does show that he's in control of it all.
