Real Estate Market Update - Denver, CO November '22
Thanksgiving is almost here and as I look at my life I have much to be thankful for! Two amazing and healthy boys, being married to the love of my life, getting to live in the greatest country on the planet and serving my community in a fantastic career!
Yup, the market has changed, but it's nothing I haven't been through before! 12 years of experience which included both the great recession and the most explosive market in history means I have the knowledge and familiarity to navigate these changing waters!
Not all is lost though as the CPI (Consumer Price Index, aka inflation) came in much lower than anticipated last week and sent mortgage rates tumbling faster in one day than ever! Right now could be a magical time to buy as you can take advantage of the lower rate, be more particular in the home you're choosing AND flex a bit more on the seller!
But, if you're in need of selling... no we are not at the all time high... but remember over the last 5 years our market is still up roughly triple digits! So, dont be too worried! With sound marketing and pricing strategies we will get it done and you'll walk away from the table smiling!
