In Part 1 of our Performance Testing Series, we'll use an accelerometer to show you how our RAS® springs help reduce bounce and rebound on your truck, both with and without a load.

Our RAS® (RoadActive Suspension) system is designed to reduce rear squat while providing a smoother, more stable ride for your truck, whether you're hauling heavy loads or just cruising around town.

For 25 years, impact on and isolation of bounce and rebound as stood out to customers, we wanted to show you just what’s happening under the truck and how much of a difference our system makes.

To do this, we'll compare two different scenarios - one where we're driving without any load in the bed of the truck, and one where we're carrying a 1000lb load. In this video, we'll use an accelerometer to measure the vertical movement of the truck while hitting a dip in the road.

First, we'll start with the truck without any load. You’ll see how the RAS® springs help absorb force and isolate bounce. Next, we'll load up the truck with 1000lbs of weight, and repeat the same test. You'll see how the suspension reacts to the added weight, and how the RAS® springs help reduce the amount of bounce and rebound that would normally occur.

Throughout the video, we'll show you side-by-side comparisons of the truck with and without the RAS® system, so you can see just how much of a difference it makes. And we'll provide commentary and analysis to help you understand what's happening and why.

We're confident that once you see the results of this test, you'll understand why so many truck owners trust RAS® to provide a smoother, more stable ride. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! Find the right kit for your truck at activesuspension.com
