"Quiet" - MILCK (acoustic cover)
I had the chance of listening to this gorgeous song, via the Women's March on Washington, and I fell in love with it. Not only were the harmonies beautiful, but the lyrics were as breathtaking as they were a battle cry.
After that moment of listening to the song, I took in each word, and decided I needed to sing this as well. I needed to record my own personal version. Not just because of the lyrics being so painfully true, but because I knew, and still know, #ICantKeepQuiet anymore. Not about my SA, not about my disorders, and not about my depression.
So, thank you MILCK and AG for these words, and the opportunity to perform them.
