Making Tea Song Dynasty Style
Yang Laoshi, a Jian Zhan artist from Jianyang, showed us how tea is made in the Song Dynasty style. She used a traditional Jian Zhan (Black Pottery) bowl and white tea, compressed in Song Dynasty style.
